In the final episode of Netflix’s “Culinary Class Wars,” which was released on October 8th, “Napoli Matfia” Kwon Sung-joon beat Edward Lee from the white spoon team to become the final winner.

Kwon Sung-joon was named the winner with the unanimous choice of judges Baek Jong-won and Ahn Sung-jae, and took home the 300 million won prize.

“I realized that I was not wrong to have lived like that for 10 years. I will continue to be a chef who only goes back and forth between home and kitchen,” he said.

At the meeting of Top 8, held a day before the announcement of the winner, Kwon Sung-joon said, “If I am cast in Season 2, I think I will come as a white spoon. For the first time in the world, I will become a contestant who join two consecutive seasons of a survival gameshow and have good results.”
